*Thru hiking families call and speak with Erik directly.

If you have a sleep condition (ex: snore, sleep apnea) that may disturb others, you are REQUIRED to book a private room. You maybe asked to leave if  the snoring disturbs  others.

Because of the common use areas we do not allow pets. We love pets! They just don't work well at this hostel. If you believe that you have the best well trained pet on trail, clean, free of ticks, and won't beg others for food, then find Erik and we can talk about it.

Owner's Understanding

Please read over these guidelines so we have a base of understanding between us.

I am very flexible and easy to deal with. The most important rule is respect, and, as long as we have that, you will always be welcome! We don't have cable. We are an outdoor enthusiast's retreat.  We have smart TV's and awesome WiFi. Many guests come here to separate from the outside world, and that is something I encourage. The every day grind is tough, and everybody who works hard deserves a break. Let my lodge be that break!

Drive safe, watch for moose, and leave no trace, only footprints.

May the spirit of travel fill your soul with a new outlook of this beautiful world we live in.
